Roller Chains is a distribution warehouse in Clermont, FL. This design challenge was to create a function space for the support staff, meet the facade design requirements by the City of Clermont, and give the client a space them, and their users could be proud of.

This is a 43,000 S.F. Warehouse & Distribution Center for a local candy production company, in association with Cheney Brothers Distribution Center. MR was responsible for the entire scope of the project from start to finish, designed, managed and administered this facility.
