The project was developed to support SWIG’s specialty beverage concept with an efficient layout, strong customer flow, and a clean, recognizable brand presence. The building is designed around quick service, drive-thru operations, walk-up ordering, and back-of-house functionality within a compact footprint.

Currently under construction, the project is anticipated to be completed in July 2026.
